Our Advice Line
Our telephone advice line is available 7 days a week. We are available between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
Sometimes there will be times when we are delivering face to face training we may not be able to pick up your call. Please do leave a message and a contact number so we can call you back. We will always get back to you within 2-3 hours.
Currently our telephone support advice and guidance is free, however dependant on how long the Lockdown will last, whilst income is not coming in fast we may ask for a donation into the CSS.
Our phone line connects through to a mobile device, should you get an answerphone you can leave a message and your call will be returned a s soon as is possible. We don’t have various departments, you do get through to the expertise directly.
If a church is in need of immediate emergency advice outside of these hours, please don’t call us but you must contact your local Children’s Services as stated in your safeguarding policy or the police.
