Disclosure and Barring Service Helpline
We are able to provide you with a Disclosure and Barring Service Helpline. Our telephone helpline operates between the hours of 9am and 5pm daily on Mondays to Fridays.
Outside of these hours there is voicemail service. Please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as is practically possible.
Our Operations Coordinator is Rebekah Driscoll. Rebekah comes to us with a wealth of experience and knowledge around the Disclosure and Barring Service, their processing systems and has a good knowledge base of all the legalities around who should have a DBS check and at at what level.
When you call the DSBS helpline, you will get through and be able to speak with Rebekah directly. She will also be able to support you with anything query that is DBS related. She is able to talk you through what you need to be able to carry out a DBS check and what evidence you need and how to upload the information to us,
